Plumber(s) - pay to be determined by experience and skills Salary based on experience and discussed at interview Full-time Home every night! Hours 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. occasional overtime as needed. We are currently looking for some applicants that want to work hard with a locally owned company that has been in business for over 30 years. Plumber - Master, Journeyman and Apprentice ** Please note that pay rate will be determined after interview and review of applicant experience and skill level ** 8am-5pm Monday - Friday. occasional overtime as needed. Valid drivers license required. Will consider either Master, Journeyman and Apprentice plumbers. Will be doing all phases of plumbing; service calls, drain cleaning, camera inspection of drain lines, repairing and installing plumbing fixtures. May also work on new construction and remodel projects. TITLE: PLUMBER SUMMARY: Perform preventive maintenance on fixtures such as auguring clogged drain lines, repairing leaking faucets, replacing worn or bad fixtures, etc. Troubleshoot and maintain electronic circuit boards on fixtures. Install and maintain pipes and fittings including assembly, cutting, and threading to accomplish goals. Perform plumbing and pipe fitting repair and replacement. Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies including ordering replacement materials, filling out associated forms, repairing damaged or broken equipment etc. Prioritize duties, determine methods of repair, computer entry of time records, daily tracking of job time and materials. Research and troubleshoot problems and possible fixes by use of websites, vendors and other sources. Be able to complete other duties as assigned. EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Must have High school diploma or GED Must have a valid Nebraska driver's license and clean driving record. Must be able to complete required department training. Must have basic computer knowledge for time entry, preventative maintenance and work orders. EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the basic knowledge of all hand tools used in trade. Have knowledge of power tools needed and limits, i.e. pipe threader, groover, augers, camera, jetter, etc. Must be able to lift 80 lbs. Must be able to work from a ladder. Other duties as assigned.
