Mid-Atlantic Water Services is hiring a Plumber Helper to join our team. No experience? No problem, we've had the most success with people who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.
Position Details:
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with OT as needed
- Compensation: $18-$21/hr depending on experience
- Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, 401(k), medical
- Location: Based out of our Annapolis-area office (in-person role)

What You'll Do:
- Assist licensed plumbers in installing and servicing water treatment systems
- Load/unload tools and materials at job sites
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas
- Learn hands-on and build real-world plumbing skills
- Provide friendly and professional customer service on job sites
What You Bring:
- Mechanically inclined, you enjoy working with your hands and figuring things out
- Eagerness to learn and grow into the trade
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
- While your apprentice card is not required to start, it must be obtained after hire
