Mid-Atlantic Water Services is hiring a Plumber Helper to join our team. No experience? No problem, we've had the most success with people who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn.

Position Details:

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM with OT as needed
• Compensation: $18-$21/hr depending on experience
• Benefits: PTO, paid holidays, sick leave, 401(k), medical
• Location: Based out of our Annapolis-area office (in-person role)

What You'll Do:

• Assist licensed plumbers in installing and servicing water treatment systems
• Load/unload tools and materials at job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of vehicles and work areas
• Learn hands-on and build real-world plumbing skills
• Provide friendly and professional customer service on job sites

What You Bring:

• Mechanically inclined, you enjoy working with your hands and figuring things out
• Eagerness to learn and grow into the trade
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift heavy items and work in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation
• While your apprentice card is not required to start, it must be obtained after hire
