Project Plumber Helper / Laborer

We are looking for a hardworking and dependable Project Plumber Helper / Laborer to join our team. This position assists our project plumbers with sewer and water line replacements, excavation projects, underground plumbing work, and general construction-related tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in the plumbing trade.

What You Will Do:

• Assist plumbers with sewer and water line installations and repairs
• Help with excavation, trenching, and job site preparation
• Load, unload, and transport tools, materials, and equipment
• Perform digging, backfilling, and site cleanup
• Assist with underground plumbing installations
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety procedures and job site requirements
• Support project plumbers and crew leaders as needed

What We Are Looking For:

• Construction, plumbing, or labor experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
• Valid driver's license preferred

Compensation and Benefits:

• $18.00-$24.00 per hour, depending on experience
