We're looking for an experienced Plumber/HVAC General Facilities Technician to join our growing team in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Position Summary
The Plumber/HVAC General Facilities Technician will diagnose, repair, install, and maintain commercial plumbing, HVAC, and related facility systems while providing outstanding customer service. This role requires a versatile, highly skilled technician capable of working independently, troubleshooting complex plumbing and HVAC equipment, performing general facilities maintenance, and mentoring less experienced technicians when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial plumbing systems (pipes, fixtures, drains, water heaters, backflow prevention, etc.) and HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance on plumbing systems, rooftop units, split systems, package units, exhaust systems, and related facility equipment.
- Install, replace, and commission plumbing and HVAC equipment.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems for both plumbing and HVAC.
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, plumbing schematics, and technical manuals.
- Complete service documentation accurately and promptly.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain repair recommendations.
- Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory.
- Follow all OSHA regulations and company safety policies.
- Provide leadership and technical guidance to junior technicians as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5+ years of combined commercial plumbing, HVAC service, and facilities maintenance experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, refrigeration cycles, electrical troubleshooting, airflow, controls, and gas heating systems.
- EPA Universal Certification required (for HVAC work).
- Plumbing license or certification preferred; NATE certification or equivalent is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Must pass a background screening.

- Travel daily within the Little Rock, Arkansas service area.
- Work safely around electrical systems, high-temperature equipment, and pressurized plumbing systems.
