Plumber Installer

Blue Swan Service is in search of a plumber! Blue Swan is a new plumbing company based out of Henderson with a focus on providing "Exquisite Service at an Exceptional Value". Currently we are searching for a plumber that can handle working on some construction style projects and have the ability and willingness to perform service installations, and grow into a service / sales and install technician. Ideal candidate would be able to handle construction remodel type work as well as service style work. We are a small company looking to expand, change and grow with rapid pace. We are a 24/7 company that does perform after hours repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble and install plumbing systems
• Troubleshoot and repair pipe and pipeline systems
• Maintain and repair septic and commercial sewer systems
• Prepare written work cost estimates for clients. Invoices are all electronic.
• Adhere to safety policies and procedures
• Punctual
• Clean and neat appearance
• Able to lift water heaters and water softeners
• Friendly and customer service focused

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in plumbing 3+ years, with knowledge on how to install water heaters, water softeners, repipes, as well as construction installations.
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to take and follow directions and willingness to express different ways of doing things
• Desire to learn new things
• Not intimidated by high end fixtures
• Clean driving record
