Plumber Journeyman

Staffworks Group is seeking an experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team serving Portland, ME, and the surrounding communities. The ideal candidate is highly skilled in residential and/or commercial plumbing installations, capable of working independently, and committed to delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.

Location: Portland, Maine and surrounding areas

Pay: $45.00–$50.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time

MUST have Journeyman Plumber License & OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial projects.
• Perform rough-in installations for 3-inch drain, waste, and vent (DWV) systems.
• Install PEX water distribution systems and PVC venting in accordance with code requirements.
• Read, interpret, and execute work from blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
• Ensure all plumbing work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes.
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to meet project timelines.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
