Job Summary:

The Plumbing Service Technician will provide excellent customer service, perform residential and light commercial plumbing service work, and provide technical explanations to non-technical clients. We will consider candidates who have 1 year of plumbing experience and/or schooling.

• Provide 5-star customer service.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose Plumbing concerns inside the customer’s home
• Offer the customer multiple options for repair or replacement
• Perform residential Plumbing services

Job Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience/schooling required
• Exceptional customer service skills and a desire to provide a world-class customer service experience
• Sales-driven mindset with a commitment to contributing to the company’s growth
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions
• Must present a professional image by arriving on time, being neat and well-groomed
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check.
