Performance Objectives

• Install, maintain, and repair piping systems efficiently to meet project deadlines and uphold industry standards.
• Interpret and execute blueprints and technical diagrams, ensuring all installations align precisely with design schematics.
• Collaborate on-site to troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system challenges before they impact project timelines.
• Perform quality assurance checks to ensure all piping systems and fittings comply with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Document and report completed tasks and any deviations from project plans for continual process improvement.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a knowledge-sharing environment that promotes growth and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven experience in plumbing/pipefitting within the construction industry.

• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors robustly.
• Current licensure or certification relevant to plumbing/pipefitting is a plus.
