Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for an experienced Plumbing Service Technician who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to be paid for their performance.
We're not looking for someone who just wants to run calls.
We're looking for a professional service plumber who can diagnose problems, give customers options, recommend the right solutions, and get the job done right.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of plumbing service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Able to handle residential plumbing repairs from start to finish
- Comfortable presenting customers with multiple repair and replacement options
- Able to educate homeowners — not pressure them
- Identify opportunities for upgrades, water quality, memberships, and additional solutions
- Set leads for larger plumbing projects when appropriate
- Able to close your own work if you have the skills
- Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Reliable, motivated, and accountable
