Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a Plumber to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Scottsdale, AZ.

Job Title: Plumber
Work Location: Scottsdale, AZ
Duration: Long-term contract with option to hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent; Trade School preferred

This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

As a Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility.

Resource's typical working day:
- Candidate will be working in an industrial park
- Mainly office building
- Warehouses
- Laboratories
- Candidate will be working with a team, but will have individual work orders to fulfill
- Small operations meeting
- Daily work order assignments
- Gathering tools and parts
- Preventative/Corrective maintenance tasks
- Plumbing maintenance
- Assisting with fire suppression system
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required. Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred. Valid Driver's License required. Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
- Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Any applicable license is nice to have
- 1-3 years General plumbing experience
- Basic computer skills
- Commercial experience
- CMMS experience
- Client facing role
- Good customer service skills
- Highly professional attitude
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Self-sufficient with tasks
