About the Role:

As a CBRE Plumber, you will be responsible for general preventive maintenance, repair, testing, installation, and troubleshooting of plumbing, mechanical and distribution systems throughout a facility. This role is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

What You'll Do:

• Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain water, waste, vent, and medical gas distribution systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and code requirements to install plumbing systems, piping, and fixtures.
• Conduct plumbing safety inspections, including backflow device testing, and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and standards.
• Support facility operations by responding to emergencies, assisting with building maintenance projects, and collaborating with staff and contractors.
• Demonstrate strong technical expertise and leadership by solving complex problems, training and mentoring others, promoting HSE compliance, and modeling CBRE RISE values.

What You'll Need:

• Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 4-5 years of job-related experience. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
• Plumbing certification at the Journeyman level required.
• Medical Gas certification and Backflow certification preferred.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Prior shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
• Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 40 lbs. or more.
• Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
• Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
