Schedule: Monday - Thursday (10 hour days)

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical school, trade certification, or equivalent hands-on experience preferred
• Training in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical systems, construction, or related skilled trades is a plus
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Applicable trade certifications and licenses preferred

Experience Requirements

• 2-5 years of commercial maintenance, facilities maintenance, plumbing, construction, or building systems experience
• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems, water lines, drain lines, piping, boilers, water heaters, and related equipment
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general building repairs
• Ability to read work orders, complete reports, and use tablets, smartphones, and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong customer service, communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of OSHA safety standards and safe work practices
• Ability to travel locally between customer locations

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, and work from ladders regularly
• Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying environments and weather conditions
• Comfortable working around mechanical equipment, electrical systems, and industrial machinery
• Ability to wear required PPE and safely operate company vehicles and tools

Job Duties

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on commercial facilities and building systems
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, piping, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
• Install and service water lines, compressed air systems, drain lines, process piping, boilers, and water heaters
• Complete inspections, work orders, service reports, and quality documentation using mobile technology
• Coordinate materials and supplies for maintenance projects
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide exceptional service
• Follow all safety regulations, OSHA requirements, and company standards
• Support emergency repairs and ongoing facility maintenance needs across multiple customer sites
