- Responsible for assisting with new installation and repairs of all plumbing fixtures.
- Responsible for assisting in all underground installation and repairs.
- Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems.
- Helps ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:- Two (2) years experience in plumbing.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
- Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding.
- Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change.
- Must have strong verbal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
