Job Title: Journeyman Plumber

Schedule: 5 8s (Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts)

Start Date: ASAP

Scope of Work

• Demolish existing plumbing systems in hotel guest rooms during renovation
• Gut and prepare rooms for new plumbing installation
• Install sanitary waste and vent piping according to project plans and specifications
• Perform rough-in plumbing for renovated guest rooms and bathrooms
• Remove and replace fixtures, valves, and piping as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, layouts, and installation drawings
• Assist with setting and securing plumbing fixtures and trim-out work
• Test plumbing systems for leaks and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow OSHA safety guidelines and wear PPE at all times
• Coordinate daily activities with supervisors and other trades to keep the project on schedule

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret installation drawings
• Skilled in piping, fixture replacement, and rough-in plumbing
• Knowledge of safety procedures and PPE requirements
