Responsibilities:
Perform plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively and efficiently.
Utilize advanced drain cleaning techniques and equipment.
Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on plumbing solutions.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used.
Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
Valid plumbing license or certification in the state of Illinois.
Proven experience in residential and commercial plumbing services.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
