What You'll Be Learning & Doing
- Assist with residential plumbing service calls, installs, and diagnostics
- Learn how to identify issues using tools like cameras and testing equipment
- Support senior technicians on larger jobs like sewer line replacements and repiping
- Develop communication skills with homeowners - explaining problems and solutions
- Gain exposure to the sales side of plumbing
- Build the foundation to eventually run your own truck and close jobs independently
What We're Looking For
- Hands-on trade or construction experience is required
- 6+ months of experience in plumbing is highly preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn quickly
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Reliable, coachable, and motivated to grow into a high-level role
