What you will do:

• Support licensed plumbers with residential plumbing diagnostics, repairs, and installations
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members
• Learn to offer appropriate solutions and pricing under the guidance of senior plumbers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Utilize ServiceTitan mobile software for job documentation and workflow
• Follow all safety standards, code requirements, and company procedures
