Residential Plumbing Apprentice

Who We Are
Plumb It Heat It Cool It is a family-owned plumbing, heating, and cooling company serving Bucks and Montgomery Counties. We’re known for upfront pricing, strong customer service, and doing work the right way—every time.
What You’ll Own (Day-to-Day)
- Stage jobs and prep materials so installs and service calls run efficiently
- Pick up and deliver parts and equipment (you’ll quickly learn materials like PEX, PVC, and copper)
- Assist with residential plumbing repairs, installs, and service calls
- Help maintain truck inventory so each day starts prepared
- Support licensed plumbers while learning systems, tools, and code basics
- Participate in hands-on training toward long-term advancement

- Supporting the lead plumber to keep jobs efficient and clean
- Taking initiative without needing constant direction
What You Bring
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions closely
- Physically capable (lifting, tight spaces, standing for long periods)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- 0–1 year of construction experience preferred (not required)
- High school diploma or GED
