Become a Plumbing Hero in Training
Looking for more than just a job?
At Just In Time Heating, Air Conditioning & Plumbing, we don’t just fix leaks — we protect homes, solve problems, and show up like heroes for our community every day.
Now we’re looking for our next Plumbing Apprentice to train, develop, and grow into a top-tier professional.
What You’ll Get
Paid, Hands-On Training
No experience? No problem. We’ll teach you everything — from tools to troubleshooting to customer communication. If you’re coachable, we’ll build you.
Real Career Growth
We promote from within. Today: Entry-Level Tech.
Tomorrow: Lead Tech. Installer. Manager. The sky’s the limit.
A Team That Has Your Back
You’ll work alongside experienced pros who want to see you win. No ego. No drama. Just teamwork.
What You’ll Do
As a Plumbing Apprentice, you’ll work side-by-side with experienced plumbers who will teach you the trade the right way.
You’ll:
Assist with installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems
Learn tools, diagnostics, and proper installation techniques
Keep work areas clean, organized, and professional
Communicate with customers and team members clearly and respectfully
Attend training sessions to sharpen your skills and advance your knowledge
This is hands-on, real-world learning — not just watching from the sidelines.
What We’re Looking For
We can teach plumbing.
We can’t teach attitude.
You’re a great fit if you have:
A strong work ethic
A willingness to learn and grow
The ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
A valid driver’s license
A positive, team-first mindset
Basic plumbing knowledge is a bonus — but not required.
If you’re dependable, coachable, and motivated, we’ll build you.
What You Get
We invest in our people.
You’ll receive:
Competitive pay w/ bonus opportunities
Medical & dental insurance
Company matching IRA
PTO after 90 days
Paid birthday off
Company phone & tablet
Uniforms provided
Clear path for growth and advancement
Paid training and professional development
Fun company events and team culture
Ability to start Illinois Plumbing License apprenticeship program
This is not a dead-end position.
This is the start of a career.
Why This Is Different
You won’t just be “the apprentice.”
You’ll be part of a team that:
Takes pride in quality work
Supports each other
Serves the community
Promotes from within
We believe in building careers — not just filling positions.
