Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed plumbing project bids and estimates
- Review RFIs, specifications, and drawings to determine project scope
- Perform digital takeoffs for piping, fixtures, valves, and equipment
- Source pricing from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with project managers to develop job costing, values, and timelines

- Must have 5+ years of experience in construction plumbing estimating and/or project management
- Must have strong knowledge of takeoffs, job costing, and procurement
- Must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Must show attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously
