This particular client is a smaller (50-100 ppl) MEP shop who work on a wide variety of projects, including: Education, Hotels, Science & Tech, Aviation, Sports Arenas, Office/ TI, etc.
ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES
• Plumbing systems design (domestic, sanitary, storm), modeling, layout, sizing, load calcs, equipment selection, Unified Plumbing Codes
• PM responsibilities on some projects
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Associates degree and 2+ yrs. of experience
• AutoCAD, Revit
