Job Summary:
The Mid-Level Plumbing Engineer/Designer serves tofocus primarily on the design of building related projects, including hotels, apartment buildings, retail/commercial spaces, and educational facilities using Revit and AutoCAD software.

Responsibilities:

  • Design plumbing systems for various commercial buildings 
    •  Participate in the development of system design calculations and
    • selection of equipment for use in buildings 
  • Prepare detailed design documents 
  • Complete specification writing/editing 
  • Complete code compliance research 
  • Coordinate work with other disciplines 
  • Site survey to determine and document existing conditions 
  • Provide construction administration services 


Qualifications and Experience:

  • You have 3+ years of experience 
  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field is preferred 
  • You have a LEED certification/experience. PE/EIT preferred 
  • You are familiar with codes, standards and design guidelines 
  • You have an excellent work ethic and attitude

: Limited travel is required

Compensation & Benefits:

The expected base salary range for this role is $75,000 - $85,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
