Operations Manager
Location: Chandler, AZ
Pay: Starting at $100,000 + performance bonuses
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
On-Call: Rotating availability for emergency support

What You'll Do
- Oversee dispatch, scheduling, and customer service operations
- Lead, coach, and develop dispatchers, CSRs, and field technicians
- Ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently based on urgency, location, and skillset
- Monitor KPIs, reporting, and team performance
- Review completed jobs for accuracy, missed opportunities, and training needs
- Act as escalation point for customer concerns and service issues
- Approve estimates, invoicing, timecards, and payroll incentives
- Partner with leadership on operational strategy and process improvements
- Maintain ServiceTitan accuracy across all job and customer records
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing training initiatives
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience managing operations, dispatch, or service teams
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and hold teams accountable
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services preferred
- High-level problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar systems
