Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Culture
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of Plumbing & Electrical Technicians.
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to results and standards.
- Build a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement.
Revenue Growth & Strategy
- Drive team financial performance through goal‑setting, reporting, and coaching.
- Use data to diagnose issues and drive improvement.
- Translate operational decisions into financial outcomes.
Operational Excellence
- Partner with operations, dispatch, and customer service to streamline processes.
- Improve efficiency through scheduling, workflow optimization, and performance tracking.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of management experience in plumbing, electrical, or military service (technical background not required).
