Salary Range: $68,037.06 Pay Range Maximum: $100,275.76/yr.
Starting Pay: $68,037.06/yr.
Salary Notes: This position is designated as a Union position. All new hires must start at the entry level rate for this role per the collective bargaining agreement/MOA with OPEIU, Local 6. Pay may advance within the salary band according to the CBA/MOU.

Installs, repairs, alters, maintains and tests existing heating, venting and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment/systems or electrical systems or Plumbing systems. Maintains mechanical equipment and building infrastructure to ensure safety and uninterrupted facility operations. Uses central building insight system to track facility needs and ensure safe operations.
Supervision Received: Works under the direction of a Facilities Systems Supervisor.
