We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Engineer to join our team in Akron. As a Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of plumbing codes and regulations, as well as hands-on experience in the field.
Responsibilities:
Designing plumbing systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings
Collaborating with architects and other professionals to ensure plumbing systems meet project requirements
Selecting appropriate materials and equipment for plumbing installations
Conducting inspections and tests on plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure compliance with regulations
Providing technical support and guidance to project teams
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and interpersonal skills
