Description
The Plumbing Design Engineer is responsible for the design, coordination, and documentation of plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, and residential projects. This role works closely with mechanical, electrical, fire protection, architectural, and structural teams to deliver code-compliant, constructible plumbing designs from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities
Design plumbing systems including:
Domestic water (hot & cold)
Sanitary and vent systems
Storm drainage
Natural gas and medical gas (where applicable)
Prepare plumbing layouts, riser diagrams, and details using Revit and/or AutoCAD
