Description

Environmental Plumbing Solutions (EPS) is seeking an experienced Commercial Plumbing Foreman to lead crews on large-scale commercial new construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced construction environments and has a strong background managing commercial plumbing installations from start to finish. Our projects include restaurants, airport facilities, retail centers, strip malls, and other commercial developments.

What You'll Do

As a Working Foreman, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of commercial plumbing projects while remaining actively involved in the field.

Responsibilities include:

· Lead, supervise, and mentor a crew consisting of plumbers and apprentices.

· Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily work activities on commercial new construction projects.

· Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.

· Coordinate work with general contractors, superintendents, inspectors, and other trades.

· Ensure projects stay on schedule while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

· Install commercial plumbing systems including domestic water, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, gas piping, and plumbing fixtures.

· Ensure all work complies with Texas plumbing codes, local building codes, and OSHA safety standards.

· Conduct daily safety meetings and promote a strong safety culture.

· Track project progress and complete required documentation.

· Maintain jobsite organization, cleanliness, and professionalism.

· Troubleshoot field issues and make sound decisions to keep projects moving efficiently.

· Assist with material planning, workforce coordination, and equipment management.

· Perform final walkthroughs and ensure projects meet company quality standards.

Qualifications

· Active Texas Journeyman or Master Plumber License required.

· 5+ years of commercial plumbing experience.

· Minimum 2 years leading commercial new construction plumbing crews as a Foreman or Lead.

· Strong experience with commercial new construction projects.

· Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plumbing plans.

· Experience managing multiple priorities in fast-paced construction environments.

· Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Valid Texas driver's license with a clean driving record.

· Must successfully pass a background check (no felony convictions within the past 10 years).

· Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in active construction environments.

Schedule

· Monday-Friday

· 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

· Overtime available as project needs require

Compensation & Benefits

$38.00-$45.00 per hour, depending on experience
