About the Role:
Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Foreman to lead our field crews in the Phoenix, AZ area. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and on-time delivery. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct plumbing crews on residential and/or commercial job sites
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications
• Coordinate daily workflow, material deliveries, and subcontractor schedules
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
• Perform hands-on plumbing installation, repair, and troubleshooting as needed
• Conduct quality control inspections and address any issues before final walkthrough
• Communicate project updates and progress reports to management

Requirements:

• 5+ years of plumbing experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or foreman role
• Valid Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and installation techniques
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a field crew
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
• Valid driver's license required
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
