Step into a leadership role as a Plumbing Foreman in Pinellas Park, Florida, where you will lead commercial plumbing crews on large new construction and renovation projects across healthcare, education, and other complex facilities. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plumbing Foreman position include:
- Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience, with at least 2 years of foreman or crew leadership experience preferred.
- Strong commercial construction background, including new construction, renovations, healthcare, education, or similar project types.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, submittals, and construction documents.
- Working knowledge of construction technology and software, including Procore or similar, preferred.
- Lead, direct, and support plumbing crews while actively participating in installation work across underground, rough-in, top-out, trim, and final phases.
- Coordinate daily manpower, workflow, layout, materials, tools, and equipment to keep projects on schedule and productive.
- Maintain safety, quality control, and code compliance while identifying and resolving field issues quickly and effectively.
- Communicate progress, manpower needs, delays, and jobsite concerns with project management, other trades, and field leadership.
Salary: $37-$41 per hour, commensurate with experience.
