Plumbing Foreman - Data Center Project

Pay Range: $35 - $45/hour
CCS Construction Staffing is seeking experienced Plumbing Foremen for a large-scale data center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a direct hire opportunity for strong field leaders who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep production on schedule in a fast-paced commercial environment.
Position Overview:
The Plumbing Foreman will lead a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipefitters within a designated section of the project. This role requires hands-on experience, leadership skills, and the ability to coordinate daily activities while ensuring work is completed safely and to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a crew of 10-15 plumbers/pipefitters
- Install and oversee work involving PVC, water mains, and copper piping systems
- Coordinate overhead, above slab, and below slab piping installations
- Assist with installation and coordination of water chiller systems
- Perform and maintain QA/QC standards on all work
- Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing drawings
- Coordinate daily workflow and manpower with project leadership
- Report progress and issues to Superintendents on-site
- Maintain safety, productivity, and quality standards on the jobsite
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumbing Foreman on commercial or industrial projects
- Experience leading crews of 10-15 workers
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and piping systems
- Experience with QA/QC processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
