We are a 5th generation family-owned business with a tight-knit team. We have been open for over 130 years! We are seeking another team member who is looking for a career! Now hiring a Plumbing/HVAC Sales Associate to work directly with our customers. Candidate will build relationships with contractor & builder customers as well as walk-in and telephone customers. Knowledge of product and experience in plumbing and HVAC a plus!


Our next team member will:

• Provide excellent customer service skills by going above and beyond customer expectations
• Work closely with other team members 
• Maintain store and counter appearance while also controlling inventory 
• Solve our customers' needs in plumbing and HVAC
• Create and foster new relationships with contractors, builders and customers. 
• Drive sales activity with outbound phone calls to contractor accounts 
• Stay knowledgeable on products and options in this ever-changing field 
• Handle orders and returns of merchandise accurately
• Work with driver in warehouse for receiving and loading of orders.

Requirements:

• Some knowledge of plumbing and HVAC 
• Trustworthy and friendly personality 
• Problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of sales or counter sales
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
