The Plumbing Install Apprentice is your entry point on the Goettl plumbing install career path. You'll work hands-on alongside experienced, licensed installers every day, building the skills, habits, and knowledge that turn a good worker into a great plumber. No prior plumbing license required - just a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the right attitude on every job.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Work alongside licensed plumbing installers on residential installation jobs
- Assist with loading, staging, and organizing materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Support layout, prep, and execution of water, drain, waste, vent, and fixture installs
- Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized - Goettl's standard is picture-perfect
- Document your work through iAuditor and ServiceTitan at job completion
- Communicate clearly with the lead installer and field supervisor throughout the day
- Complete coursework and training milestones in the Goettl Academy Career Playbook
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong work ethic and genuine willingness to learn residential plumbing installation
- Ability to take direction and work effectively under a licensed installer
- Comfortable working in a customer's home - professional, respectful, and on point
- Basic familiarity with hand tools and job site safety
- Clean driving record for the last two years + valid driver's license
- OSHA-10 certification (or willingness to obtain - we support this)
- Able to pass background and drug screen upon offer
- Prior experience in plumbing, construction, or the trades is a plus - but not required
