The Role: Residential Installation Specialist

As a Lead Installation Technician, you will be responsible for the execution and quality control of residential plumbing system upgrades. You will serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing expert technical recommendations and ensuring all projects are completed safely, efficiently, and in strict accordance with the International Plumbing Code (IPC).

Core Installation Scope:

High-Efficiency Systems: Expert installation of tankless and traditional water heating solutions.

Water Quality Solutions: Advanced water softening and whole-home filtration systems.

System Infrastructure: Full-home repiping and comprehensive system upgrades.

Precision Fixtures: High-end fixture replacements, including faucets, valves, and specialized hardware.

The Ideal Candidate Profile

• 1+ years of experience in residential plumbing installations
• Strong understanding of plumbing systems, upgrades, and code compliance
• Skilled in installing water heaters (tankless + traditional), water softeners, filtration systems, and full‑home repipes
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain recommendations clearly and professionally
• High reliability and commitment to safety, quality, and craftsmanship
• Valid Utah driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Able to pass standard background checks
• Self‑motivated, coachable, and eager to grow professionally
