What You'll Be Doing

Your day is hands-on and real. You'll be in residential homes across Arizona installing water heaters, water softeners, and full plumbing upgrades that make life better for the people living there.

You'll solve problems, explain what you're doing, and leave the space cleaner, safer, and working the way it should. When you do it right, customers smile, trust you, and remember your name.

You won't just be turning wrenches. You'll keep learning, help the team, and build the kind of reputation that opens the door to bigger opportunities down the road.

The Hiring Process

We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move FAST for the right person. You could be hired in as little as 10 days! We've had lots of interest, so the first few steps are automated to make sure you can get considered quickly.

The process:

3. You'll get a text for a quick 1-way video question. (5 min)
4. We'll send you a link (or call) to get scheduled for an in-person interview.
5. You can easily be in for an interview within a couple days from right now.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $40,000 to $60,000 per year, with a full-time schedule of 40 to 50 hours a week. On top of that, you'll get continued training, advancement and promotional opportunities, and access to an optional benefits plan.

• You have proven experience with residential plumbing installs like water heaters, water softeners, and system upgrades.
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• You can explain technical issues clearly without talking over the customer.

• You keep a clean appearance, a tidy workspace, and a respectful attitude.
• You can spot additional customer needs and offer solutions without being pushy.
• You're comfortable working in different residential settings across Arizona.
• You're a team player who will share knowledge and support apprentices.
