Pay & Benefits
- $50–$65/hour + performance spiffs
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (over 8 hours/day)

What You’ll Do
As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality installations while creating a great experience for homeowners.
- Install, maintain, and repair residential plumbing systems, including water and gas lines
- Perform system diagnostics and ensure installations meet local codes and regulations
- Clearly explain options to homeowners and help them make informed decisions
- Work independently while maintaining communication with dispatch and team members
- Complete all required documentation accurately and on time
- Participate in the on-call rotation
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and job site
- Attend ongoing training to continue developing your skills
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of residential plumbing experience
- Illinois plumbing license preferred (3rd-year apprentice considered)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic
- Military experience welcomed and encouraged
