The Position:
As a Residential Plumbing Installer, you'll perform high-quality plumbing installations in occupied homes and remodel projects. You'll be responsible for completing installations safely, efficiently, and according to plumbing code while delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position requires technical skill, attention to detail, and professionalism, as well as proven experience in:
- Install residential water heaters (tank and tankless)
- Complete whole-home water, drain, and gas repipes
- Install water service lines and sewer replacements
- Perform plumbing rough-ins and finish work for remodels and additions
- Install toilets, faucets, sinks, tubs, showers, disposals, and other plumbing fixtures
- Install gas piping for residential appliances and equipment
- Read blueprints and plumbing layouts
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years working exclusively in residential plumbing installation
- Experience installing residential water, drain, and gas piping
- Experience completing plumbing remodels, repipes, and water heater installations
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems and codes
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills during installations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in crawl spaces, attics, and varying weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ohio Journeyman Plumber License (preferred but not required)
- Experience with tankless water heaters
- Experience with water filtration and conditioning systems
- ServiceTitan experience
- Experience mentoring apprentices or helpers
