Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is looking for a skilled Plumbing Installer who takes pride in delivering exceptional workmanship and outstanding customer service. If youre tired of working for companies that cut corners or dont appreciate quality, wed like to meet you.

We are building the premier residential plumbing company in Montgomery County, and were looking for professionals who want to grow with us.

What Youll Do:

• Install water heaters (tank and tankless)
• Install water softeners and filtration systems
• Perform whole-home repipes
• Install sewer and water service lines
• Install fixtures, faucets, toilets, and garbage disposals
• Complete gas line installations
• Perform excavation-related plumbing installations when required
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the job
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle
• Complete all required documentation using ServiceTitan
• Work closely with technicians to ensure a seamless customer experience

What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing installation experience
• Texas plumbing license (Tradesman or Journeyman preferred)
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work independently while maintaining high quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Professional appearance and communication
• Commitment to doing the job right the first time

Preferred Experience:

• Tankless water heater installations
• Water treatment systems
• Sewer replacements
• PEX repipes
• ServiceTitan experience
