About the Role
As a Plumbing Installer, you'll install residential plumbing systems, water heaters, fixtures, and equipment while providing homeowners with an outstanding service experience. You'll install residential plumbing systems, solve installation challenges, and deliver five-star workmanship on every project.
Whether you're replacing existing systems or completing new installations, your expertise will directly impact customer satisfaction and company success.
What You'll Be Doing
- Install residential plumbing systems, fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related equipment.
- Complete plumbing replacements and new installations in compliance with local plumbing codes and company standards.
- Diagnose installation requirements and recommend the best solutions before beginning work.
- Ensure every installation meets company quality, safety, and code compliance standards.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout each project, providing updates and answering questions.
- Complete accurate job documentation, including installation details and project records.
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and properly care for company tools, equipment, and vehicles.
- Work closely with dispatch and team members to maintain an efficient daily schedule and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Qualifications
- At least 2 years of residential plumbing installation experience
- Plumbing Apprentice License (or ability to legally perform plumbing installation work in Illinois)
- Strong understanding of residential plumbing systems
- Experience installing water heaters, fixtures, and plumbing equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift equipment and work in residential environments
- Positive attitude with strong attention to detail
