The Opportunity

Magnolia Home Services is looking for a Experienced Plumbing Manager to build, launch, and lead our Residential Service Plumbing Department from the ground up.

This is not a sit-back management role. You will be in the field running service calls while simultaneously building your team and department. We are looking for a hands-on leader who can drive revenue, develop people, and lay the foundation for a high-performing plumbing division.

If you have strong residential service plumbing experience and leadership capability, this is your opportunity to own your department and grow something big.

What You'll Do

• Run residential service plumbing calls while building the department
• Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing plumbing team
• Establish pricing, processes, and service standards
• Drive revenue growth and department performance
• Oversee scheduling, operations, and customer experience
• Ensure all work meets California plumbing codes and compliance standards
• Partner with leadership to scale and grow the plumbing division

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in residential service plumbing
• Experience LEADING and COACHING Plumbers
• Proven leadership experience (Lead, Supervisor, or Manager)
• Willingness to lead from the front! Running calls while building a team
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to grow a department
• Customer-first attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional service
• Experience with Service Titan or similar software is a plus
• 5+ Yrs experience in LEADING a plumbing team!!!!! 

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 – $150,000+ total compensation (base + performance incentives)
