Plumbing Project Manager

Job Description
Oversee daily plumbing operations to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and in accordance with applicable plumbing codes and quality standards. Manage project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and field coordination while providing leadership and technical support to service technicians and installation teams. Serve as a key point of contact for customer concerns and escalations, working collaboratively with customers, field personnel, and management to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction. Support business development, marketing initiatives, and continuous operational improvements to enhance productivity, service quality, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Direct daily plumbing operations, including project planning, scheduling, quality control, and field coordination, to ensure efficient workflow and timely project completion.
Project Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate large-scale plumbing projects, including manpower requirements, material procurement, scheduling, installation procedures, and resource allocation.
Team Leadership and Supervision: Supervise service technicians and plumbing installers, provide technical guidance and support, monitor performance, and promote high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

Quality Assurance and Code Compliance: Ensure all plumbing installations and service work meet applicable building codes, industry standards, company procedures, and quality expectations.
Customer Relations and Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns and escalated service issues by coordinating corrective actions among customers, technicians, and management to achieve timely and effective resolutions.

Business Development and Marketing Support: Assist with marketing initiatives, customer relationship development, and business growth strategies to expand service opportunities and strengthen customer retention.
Process Improvement and Productivity: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling, labor utilization, operational efficiency, and service delivery while supporting consistent performance and profitability.

Overall Objective
Ensure the successful execution of plumbing projects and service operations through effective leadership, strategic planning, quality control, and customer-focused service while supporting the company's continued growth and operational success.
