Plumbing Project Manager

Position Overview

Seeking a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial plumbing projects from turnover through closeout. This role is ideal for a proven project leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and wants to be part of a company on track to double in size over the next five years.

The ideal candidate will bring strong project execution experience, client relationship skills, and the ability to successfully manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and industrial plumbing projects from kickoff through completion
• Oversee project budgets, forecasting, schedules, and financial performance
• Coordinate with field leadership, superintendents, subcontractors, and clients
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and procurement activities
• Maintain strong customer relationships throughout project lifecycle
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Support company growth initiatives and process improvements

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Plumbing Project Management experience
• Commercial, industrial, healthcare, manufacturing, or institutional project experience
• Strong financial and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Experience with negotiated work and relationship-driven project delivery preferred
