Location: Las Vegas, NV
Employment Type: Full-Time (40–45 hours/week)
Total Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually (performance and bonuses)
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Saturday rotation (4-day workweek, with on-call rotation as needed)

What You’ll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing and drain systems
- Operate sewer machines, hydro-jetters, and other plumbing tools
- Install and service water heaters, softeners, and fixtures
- Communicate solutions clearly and professionally with customers
- Manage jobs through ServiceTitan (training provided)
- Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency services
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of residential or commercial plumbing and drain experience (or willingness to train the right candidate)
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Clean, professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- Integrity, accountability, and pride in workmanship
- Comfortable with light sales and customer service
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in attics, crawlspaces, or outdoor environments
- Must pass background and drug screening
- Familiarity with OSHA trench and confined space safety preferred
