As our plumbing division continues to expand across the Indiana market, Flow Tech is seeking a driven, people‑first Plumbing Manager to lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing plumbing team.

As Plumbing Manager, you will oversee all plumbing operations for Flow Tech’s Indiana locations. You’ll be responsible for building and leading a skilled team of plumbers and plumbing technicians while ensuring consistent, five‑star service delivery. This role blends leadership, recruiting, operational oversight, and customer experience excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop plumbers and plumbing technicians to support department growth in the Indiana market
- Lead day‑to‑day plumbing operations with a focus on efficiency, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction
- Partner with dispatch and leadership to optimize scheduling and job flow
- Set clear daily expectations and motivate the team through consistent, positive leadership
- Establish performance standards, accountability measures, and ongoing coaching
- Ensure exceptional service across plumbing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and water heater replacements
- Uphold Flow Tech’s service standards, values, and customer‑education approach
- Monitor department performance and continuously improve operational results
What You Bring
- Proven experience leading a plumbing team or managing a plumbing department is preferred; however, we welcome strong leaders with demonstrated success in operational or field service leadership roles.
- Demonstrated success developing and scaling teams in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- A customer‑centric mindset with high standards for quality and professionalism
- Ability to manage priorities, solve problems, and drive results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan experience is a plus
