What You'll Be Doing

You'll work 40 to 50 hours a week solving real plumbing problems for customers who need help quickly.

This role is about more than tools and tickets. You'll communicate clearly, treat customers like family, and do the right thing even when it's hard.

You'll join a team that values accountability, teamwork, coachability, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Earn

You'll earn $65,000 to $95,000 per year in this role. After 5 years, there's also a shareholder opportunity for people who stay, grow, and contribute.
