If youve ever wanted your craft to feel likeadventure this is your gateway.At a GlancePay 46.12 per hour per Local 589s CBA forJourneyman level dependent on relevant knowledge skills trainingexperience and market conditions.Employment Type Non-ExemptLocation This role is responsible forproviding service support across the Iron Range and Duluth MN regions and willreport out of our Virginia MN office.Required Experience Journeyman level plumbingexperience is required.What Youll DoInstall repair and maintain plumbing and piping systems in commercial institutional industrial and public buildings according to service orders.Work collaboratively with other trades and laborers to ensure all specifications are met and work is completed efficiently.Perform all tasks in compliance with industry standards plumbing codes and safety requirements.Review and interpret work orders completing the requested work with minimal direction and enterclose work orders within the service software platform.Operate a variety of tools and equipment necessary to perform plumbing and piping work.Request and requisition repair parts and equipment as needed.Follow all established safety procedures and comply with company policies and standards.Consistently adhere to all safety protocols and vehicle‑related policies.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.What Were Looking ForRequired QualificationsMinnesota State Plumbing license is required.RPZ license is required.Demonstrated knowledge of plumbing codes and the ability to perform plumbing repairs maintenance and installation using proper techniques is required.Working knowledge of low-pressure steam systems is required.Must be able to read and interpret blueprints diagrams schematics and written reference materials perform necessary mathematical calculations and accurately diagnose and resolve issues.Ability to safely and effectively use a variety of hand and power tools.Ability to learn and utilize a service software platform.Must be willing and able to work varying shifts including weekends holidays and emergency on‑call assignments as needed.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to represent the company professionally ethically and in alignment with our values and mission.Must join Local 589 union.Must possess and maintain a valid state drivers license.BenefitsWages and other benefits are paid in accordance with the Local 589 Chapter Collective Bargaining Agreement.About JamarJamar is asolution-focused specialty services provider with a strong regional presenceand national reach.
