We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumbing Technician to join our team in Salem, MA. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who takes pride in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential plumbing systems while providing an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in residential settings
- Install, maintain, and service plumbing fixtures, water heaters, piping, and related systems
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups
- Ensure all work complies with Massachusetts plumbing codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot complex plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding repairs, recommendations, and system maintenance
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Residential Plumbing Service Technician
- Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License required
- Ability to diagnose and resolve plumbing issues independently
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
