What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems
- Install and service water heaters, sump pumps, water softeners, fixtures, and sewer/drain systems
- Present repair options and solutions to homeowners
- Deliver outstanding customer service on every call
- Participate in an on-call rotation
What You Bring
- Illinois Plumbing License (required)
- 3+ years of residential service plumbing experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Great communication and customer service
- Clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
Bonus Points
- ServiceTitan experience
- Sewer camera and hydro-jetting experience
- Backflow or Cross-Connection Certification
- Experience selling maintenance memberships
