About the Role:
Nash Plumbing LLC is looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Superintendent to lead our field operations in Phoenix, AZ. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily plumbing field operations across multiple job sites in the Phoenix area
• Manage, mentor, and schedule plumbing crews, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are met
• Review blueprints, project plans, and specifications to ensure accurate and code-compliant installations
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks on rough-in, underground, and finish plumbing work
• Collaborate with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors to maintain project timelines
• Ensure all work complies with local Phoenix/Arizona plumbing codes, OSHA safety standards, and company policies
• Track material procurement, equipment needs, and job site inventory to prevent delays

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial or residential plumbing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Arizona Journeyman or Master Plumber license strongly preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and job sites simultaneously
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, blueprints, and construction scheduling
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver's license required
