What You'll Do
- Support and lead a team of plumbers and apprentices in the field
- Assist with daily scheduling, job oversight, and quality control
- Coach technicians on performance, customer service, and efficiency
- Ensure work meets code requirements and company standards
- Help drive team productivity, revenue, and accountability
- Partner with leadership to prepare for a transition into a management role
What You Bring
- Experience as a Lead Plumber, Foreman, or Supervisor
- Strong knowledge of residential and/or light commercial plumbing systems
- Natural leadership ability with a desire to grow into management
- Strong communication and customer-facing skills
- Texas plumbing license preferred
